Below are the contact numbers that you can provide to your member.  If you are going to be filing a dispute, you will need to get your credit report first which can be obtained from Equifax at http://www.equifax.com/home/en_us (that's an underscore before the "us") or free at www.annualcreditreport.com.  If you call first, you are just going to be told that a credit report must be obtained.  Customer service will help you order it, but the internet is much faster and much less frustrating.
